  • White Chocolate (12 ounces), coarsely chopped
  • Semi-Sweet or Bittersweet Chocolate (6 ounces)
  • Vegetable or Coconut Oil (1 and 1/2 teaspoons)
  • Peppermint Extract (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Crushed Candy Canes (2-3 regular size)

Instructions

  • Prepare the pan by lining it with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Melt the first layer of white chocolate and oil, then add peppermint extract before pouring it into the pan.
  • Melt the second layer of semi-sweet chocolate and oil, mixing in more peppermint extract before layering it over white chocolate.
  • Melt the final layer of white chocolate with oil, pour it over the semi-sweet layer, and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
  • Chill the bark in the refrigerator until completely set, then break or cut into pieces.

Notes
