- 3 apples

- 10–12 small croutons
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Pinch of salt & black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the dressings: Shake apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, and Dijon mustard in a jar.
- Prepare the apples: Dice apples and mix with walnuts and salad greens in a bowl.

Notes
