These Valentine strawberry yogurt bites are a delightful combination of creamy yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy granola topping. Perfect for a quick treat or a healthy dessert, these bites are easy to make and sure to impress your loved ones.

- ½ cup granola, more for topping
- 1 cup yogurt of choice
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
- ¾ cup fresh strawberries, sliced or chopped
- ¼ cup granola, smaller pieces work better
Instructions
- Prepare a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners or use a silicone baking pan.
- Add about 2 teaspoons of granola to the bottom of each cup. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt and diced strawberries, mashing them until just a few chunks remain. Stir until well combined.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each cup, leveling the surface as you go. Tap the pan gently to smooth the layers.
- Top each cup with a slice or piece of strawberry.
- Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of granola on top of the strawberries.
- Freeze the pan for 2-4 hours until the bites are firm.
- Once frozen, gently remove the yogurt bites, let them thaw for a few minutes, and enjoy.
Notes
Feel free to customize with your favorite yogurt flavor.
For a sweeter treat, add honey or maple syrup to the yogurt before mixing in the strawberries.
