Description

This Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge showcases a creamy white chocolate base and a nostalgic sugar cookie flavor, making it a perfect party treat or gift! With vibrant sprinkles and quick prep, it’s a delightful way to celebrate love and sweetness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 34 ounces of almond bark or white chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a double boiler.
  • Heat and stir until melted and smooth, then continue stirring for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and half the sprinkles, mixing well.
  • Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  • Pour fudge mixture into the lined dish and smooth it out evenly.
  • Press remaining sprinkles into the top of the fudge and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
  • Once set, lift fudge from the pan and cut into squares or rectangles.
  • Melt almond bark in the microwave and drizzle over the cut fudge if desired.
  • Let drizzle set before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for 2-3 weeks.
For freezing, wrap individual pieces and place in a sealed container; lasts up to 3 months.
If fudge is too soft, refrigerate longer or sprinkle with extra garnishes before serving.
