- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
- 3–4 ounces of almond bark or white chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- Combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a double boiler.
- Heat and stir until melted and smooth, then continue stirring for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and half the sprinkles, mixing well.
- Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Pour fudge mixture into the lined dish and smooth it out evenly.
- Press remaining sprinkles into the top of the fudge and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
- Once set, lift fudge from the pan and cut into squares or rectangles.
- Melt almond bark in the microwave and drizzle over the cut fudge if desired.
- Let drizzle set before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for 2-3 weeks.
For freezing, wrap individual pieces and place in a sealed container; lasts up to 3 months.
If fudge is too soft, refrigerate longer or sprinkle with extra garnishes before serving.
