Ingredients
- Unsalted Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Granulated Sugar
- Egg
- Molasses
- Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Brown the butter in a heavy saucepan until golden, then let cool.
- Whisk together browned butter, sugars, egg, molasses, and vanilla.
- Sift dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
